Terms of Service

By creating an account, initializing our SDKs, or accessing the ToggleAI platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are accepting these terms on behalf of a company or other legal entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind such entity.

ToggleAI reserves the right to update these terms at any time. We will notify workspaces of material changes via email or dashboard notifications. Continued use of the platform after updates indicates consent.

Access to ToggleAI requires an active user profile and organization workspace. You are fully responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and all activities occurring under your workspace.

• API Keys: ToggleAI issues unique SDK API keys (e.g. ak_live_xxxxx). You must secure these credentials within environment variables and prevent exposure in public repositories.
• Unauthorized Access: You must immediately notify our security response team of any suspected breach or unauthorized configuration changes.

Subject to these Terms, ToggleAI grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access our platform and integrate our developer SDKs.

To maintain API reliability and SLA performance, we enforce tier-based evaluation and ingestion rate limits:

We target a 99.9% uptime SLA for SDK CDN routing and configuration distribution.

Scheduled maintenance windows are announced at least 48 hours in advance via our system status pages. While ToggleAI utilizes geo-distributed cache endpoints to guarantee low flag-evaluation latency, we do not guarantee uninterrupted local SDK execution under network outage conditions.

ToggleAI retains all right, title, and interest in our proprietary algorithms, dashboard software, branding, AI models, and custom SDK source code (excluding packages published under explicit open-source licenses like MIT).

You retain full ownership of configuration metadata, targeting keys, and rule logic created within your workspace. ToggleAI is granted the right to analyze anonymized telemetry strictly for optimizing evaluation speed and identifying systemic bugs.

You may terminate your account and cancel your subscription plan at any time. Upon termination, you can request an immediate purge of your workspace data.

ToggleAI reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that breach usage terms, engage in malicious evaluation floods, or fail to pay outstanding subscription balances.
